Today I had a horrible day. I feel like lately everybody has been trying to turn me into the bad guy everytime they do something wrong. They like to post blame on me.It's liek ever since I started taking better care of myself everybody hates me. I only do it to kepp me positive. all the rest just came a long with it. I almost go on the brink of tears. why does wanting to keep healthy have a penalty. I wish I understood, I mean just today I had a friend of mine tell her friend that I bummed her number off of somebody else when I asked and she said yes. off course I gained more friends people try and look up to me now I mean I've motivated so many people at my work to excercise and eat better because I do. It never was out of ignorance. I never forced it upon anybody.

I admit I am a little self-centered. but I'm not vein. I mean I'm no model. I'm average. I just don't want to die when I'm 40. My own roomate is even starting to turn on me. I mean I lover everybody at work and I always think of other people. For example I never like seeing all my friends sad or sick it worries me. so I try to help them think of things they can do to help themselves. and I also always think of how important my family is to me. like for example I do whatever I can to help my mom and sister and dad and my stepfather out because they have done so much for me and my friends, including my roomate. I don't know why all that stuff would make people hate me I always try to do whatever I can to improve my temper and my attitude, aswell as trying not to lie anymore. when I was younger I used to lie so much to protect myself but with time I learned to tell the truth. I admit I am still learning. I don't understand it. anyway I'm sorry for blabbing on like this I felt it was the only way to get it off my chest. thankyou
